Needs Assessment - We will meet with you at your office to provide a comprehensive Needs Assessment. At the Assessment we will discuss your goals and review office procedures and systems that are currently in place. As part of the Assessment you will receive written recommendations which include: Assessments typically last for one to one and a half hours. You can use the recommendations and tips from the Needs Assessment to carry out your project on your own, or hire In Balance to continue working with you to complete your project.
