Working on projects with Juli in the lead role is great. She carefully scopes the project and then identifies, sequences, and schedules all tasks. During the project she provides summaries of completed tasks and outcomes, and updates on what tasks are next. Instead of feeling lost and overwhelmed, she makes the process focused and productive.
